Regarding orders

How do I order?

On the product page, add the product you want to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter the required details, choose your payment method and place your order.

What payment methods are available?

You can use various payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, convenience store payments, PayPal, AmazonPay, PayPay, and other payment services.

I haven't received an order confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your spam folder for the email.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately via [Contact] or [Online Chat] at the bottom left of the screen.

*For pre-ordered products and made-to-order products, we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

Regarding delivery

When will it arrive?

We normally ship within 1 to 5 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery times vary depending on your area,
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 days . (Excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)
*For pre-order items, please check the scheduled shipping date for each product.

In addition, if you place an order on a weekend, public holiday, or on a holiday such as the New Year's holiday, the order will be shipped on the next business day or later.

Can you ship overseas?

We currently do not ship to countries or regions outside of Japan.
Please use purchasing proxy services in each country.

I would like to change the delivery address. Is this possible?

You can change the delivery address before your order is shipped.

Regarding products

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns of any products other than those that are defective or have a recall issue.

Can you tell me about product defects and warranties?

Some products may come with a product warranty .
In addition, if the product is defective due to reasons on our part, such as missing accessories, we will exchange it.
Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the item .

*If the product comes with a warranty and is no longer available, we will exchange it for a new one or provide a refund.
